Initially aged in Bourbon casks, this bottling has been finished in the Tawny Port casks for 6 months. The colour and the subtle flavour of the Port melds with the whisky giving a single malt with youth and character.

Pleasantly long and balanced with ground spice, dried fruit and soft Scottish tablet - finally unveiling the merest wisp of peat smoke.

5 years,making it the untamed 'enfant terrible' of the whisky world. Whereas most single malts seek the smoothness and balance of older age.

Machir Bay is a unique and complex combination of ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts.

The complex bouquet contains rich malt and fruity aromas with just a hint of peatiness

A thoughtful combination of European and American Sherry Oak casks alongside Bourbon barrels gives a light and subtle whisky showcasing the sweet, fruity style.

Matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks and finished in virgin oak, this whisky is delightfully smooth, fruity and complex.
